Doug Kohlbeck has been a Senior Vice President of Associated Bank Corporation since 2005. He is the Director of Business Banking and is responsible for managing all aspects of Business Banking enterprise wide. This includes management of the sales force, the banks centralized credit underwriting, documentation, government guaranteed lending programs, administration, and compliance for Business Banking. Associated Bank is the largest Wisconsin based bank and is headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Associated Bank operates in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois and is a member of the NASDAQ stock exchange (ASBC) and is a full service provider of consumer and commercial banking, trust, asset management, mortgage and insurance products and services. A 20 year veteran in the financial services industry, Mr. Kohlbeck has distinguished himself in a number of key business, commercial, and retail banking roles. He joined Associated Bank in 2001 and has held various positions including Commercial Banking Team Leader and Regional Retail Director. Mr. Kohlbecks career spans nearly all aspects of Commercial and Retail Banking and directly working in all segments from Small Business to Middle Market in addition to leading Associated Banks North Region retail branch network & operations. Prior to joining Associated Bank, Mr. Kohlbeck was employed at Bank One (n.k.a. JP Morgan Chase and Co.) working in both the Business Banking and Commercial Banking business lines. Mr. Kohlbeck is also a member of the Key Leadership Team at Associated Banc-Corp, which is comprised of top executives throughout all areas of the bank. Kohlbeck holds an M.B.A. in Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and is married to Kim with two children, Lydia and Abigail. Mr. Kohlbeck is based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
